Celebrate Pride and support LGBTQ+ elders by lacing up for the SAGE Upstate Pride 5K! This fun, family-friendly event welcomes runners, walkers, and rollers of all ages and abilities to take part in a scenic loop at Long Branch Park. Whether you're racing for time or taking a leisurely stroll, you’ll be moving in solidarity with a great cause—supporting the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ people 50 and older across Central New York.

Registration includes a race bib, t-shirt, and refreshments at the finish line. Prizes will be awarded for top finishers and best Pride-themed outfits, so bring your flair!

Now in its fourth year, the Manlius Pride Festival returns for an evening of celebration, solidarity, and community spirit. Enjoy live music, theatrical performances, local art vendors, food trucks, and a joyful, inclusive atmosphere at Seneca Street Brew Pub.

A portion of proceeds will benefit a local LGBTQ+ charity. Let’s gather in pride and help ensure this beautiful tradition continues for years to come!

Celebrate Pride at one of Central New York’s biggest LGBTQ+ events of the year! The CNY Pride Parade kicks off at 11 AM along Solar Street, leading into the Pride Festival at noon in Progress Park. Enjoy local vendors, food trucks, and all-ages entertainment in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
