Come Out in February, CNY!
We ended 2024 with queer joy and community thanks to a fantastic, festive party at Laci’s Tapas Bar, and we started 2025 off right with our first Guerrilla Gay Cafe of the year at Water Street Bagel Co. We were thrilled that the queer owned Seneca Street Brew Pub, with their award-winning brews, hosted the January Guerrilla Gay Bar.
Going into a year with so many challenges facing our community, queer joy and queer visibility are more important than ever. The support of our allies is crucial. Thankfully, inclusive venues where the queer community feels safe exist in Syracuse. Salt City Bar continues to be the perfect home of our monthly queer happy hours, and GereBlock (with their community-minded owners and amazing queer Community Manager, Tim) continues to be the cozy, inclusive home of our monthly queer co-working days.

We are thrilled to announce that this week's GGC is at Salt City Coffee on W. Onondaga Street. Intentionally choosing a location at the intersection of 3 distinct and diverse neighborhoods, Salt City Coffee has solidified themselves as a Syracuse staple.
Salt City Coffee opened at the West Onondaga St. location in 2017 and has since expanded to 4 locations throughout the Syracuse area.

Bathrooms: 1 unisex bathroom on the main floor
Seating: 7 tables (24ish seats) as well as a living room area with a couch and 2 armchairs (seats 5).
